Push because he calls w/ 99/TT and AK. He might not even 3bet with 99/TT- making his calling range more ahead of JJ. However, pushing in protects you from bad flops.

Calling and pushing flops that don't contain Q,K,A is terrible. If that is the case then you're ahead of ak,aq,and kq anyway and you should push preflop. And what happens if the flop is 29T- what is he calling with that you beat?
