Default Classic novel representing loyalty/friendship

This may be the wrong forum for this, but I don't really feel like getting banned in OOT, so I figured the most intellectual forum on the site would be the way to go.

I am looking for examples of well known, classic novels whose main theme is loyalty, teamwork, friendship, etc. It is a work-related creative project, and I cannot stand these sorts of things, but I have to do a decent job on it.

Off the top of my head I could not think of any great pieces of literature that exactly fit this description, and I was an English major, which is pretty sad.

If you guys can come up with any, it would be highly appreciated.

Thanks very much.
