Need a Quick Recipe

I know there are alot of recipe threads in here, but I need something specific.

I told my g/f that I would cook her dinner and come up with something new. Her and I have our favorite dishes, but we make them alot and I want to try something new.

I need something that is quick, without alot of ingredients or extravagant extras. I'd prefer to have something that includes boneless/skinless chicken breasts.

I just cooked a meal for my parents and I that included chicken, linguine, sun-dried tomatoes, and everything else (quick and easy), but it didn't turn out so good - it could have been better.

I only have access to a Wal-Mart and Giant Eagle and don't want to have to spend days looking for ingredients.

If the recipe is on the internet, links will be good enough.
