Default 2/4nl - I put myself in silly spots

villain is 22/18/5 over 250 hands

I've been pretty active at the tables. Haven't had any big pots.

Villain raises the limper and I figure given teh fact that there's a limper and he's in the CO, raising isn't a bad option here as his range is probably pretty wide.

1) He min-raises and I call - is this fine getting over 2:1? In limit it is
2) anyone shove at any point before the river? And is river a shove? Problem is pot is so big that I dunno if he'll fold hands like QQ or less here.

Aces, Kings, AK, JJ, TT all shove river given postflop, correct?
