Default Big blind defence when SB cold calls

Hey all,

What are the appropriate adjustments to make when defending your BB against a BTN steal with a SB who cold calls with approximately 33% of his hands vs BTN steals? Specifically, how ought I play hands such as AT and KTs against a BTN with a typical steal range when the SB cold calls with about 1/3 of his hands?

Following Stox's guidelines I would typically 3-bet these hands vs a 40% BTN stealer from the BB but I'm unsure how to proceed when there's a cold caller between us. It seems like the cold caller's tendencies are costing me money as it becomes harder to fight for pots post-flop without the initiative multiway. Feels like I should be 3-betting more than I am but not sure of an appropriate range. Suggestions?

This was happening to me in a 5/10 6max game if it matters.
