Pokerstars FPP Question (Win $20!!!!)

I'm not sure if this belongs here or internet gambling so feel free to move if this is the wrong forum.

I never really played on PS and have no idea what these FPPs are or whatever. I guess I need to get to Supernova before the year ends or something. What I need from someone:

Can I reach Supernova playing around 230,000 hands of .25/.5 6 max NL the rest of this month?

If so, I plan on playing 100k hands a month on that limit (lets say). Tell me step by step what money bonus I need to do or w/e to max out my rakeback bonus in cash.

Also, around how many FPPs can I expect to get doing 100k hands a month for a year with and without using FPPs as cash bonuses.

Whoever can do this for me first I will send $20 to on stars. No, I won't back out..I lose $100 flips like crazy, I won't cheat you out of $20. Thanks
