Help me buy a computer (newegg shopping)

Mainly this will be a linux development box. I'll be running virtual machines. Here are my requirements:

Under $1k
Silent
Dual processor
4GB RAM
Dual DVI out (for 2 monitors), but not playing games, so it can be an older video card.

That's pretty much it, I'm looking for fast and quiet. Any tips? Thanks!
