Default Best way to beat weak $1-2 live games

I've been doing very well playing $1-2 at my local casino as the players are downright awful, but I fear that I am leaving some money on the table and wonder how you guys would exploit these players.

Here are some observations/flaws in a lot of these players:
very loose raising loose calling PF, standard PF raise is 15 or 7.5BB, and will often get 3-5 callers

very rare to see a reraise PF, range is JJ+ or AK, however rare to see the reraise take down a pot PF

standard stack is 100BB, and although pots on the flop are often 28BB+, rarely are people stacked with just TPGK or TPTK

a raise after the flop is rarely made without an overpair or better

all action on the flop dies when a 3rd card of a suit comes off

players rarely make moves or bluffs

What is the optimal strategy against this type of opponents?
