Putting my hand history in poker tracker

Hi,

This is my first post, whoot!!

I've just got a copy of Poker tracker and i've tried the import function to import my hand history from Party Poker.
I seem to get an error message coming up saying i need to get them emailed.
I've recieved the email from Party poker but i'm unsure what to do with the data.
Do I import it into a word pad fold and select within poker tracker?
Any help would be great, i hear this software is a must for limit players.
