$16 - AK SB l1 vs button raiser
I got AK in SB and after one limper the button, a 6% ROI regular with stats: 16.7/9.6, made a pretty standard raise from the button.
I thought I was ahead of his raising rane (I put him on ATs+/AJ+ TT/JJ+), I was out of position and I had a monster. I thought a good raise would win the pot right away often and atleast give me respect if I c-bet on the flop. However he then reraised me and I was not sure what to do. If I pushed over I had no fold equity and would be flipping at best. If I called I had to call 290 for a 960 pot, which meant I had to win the pot 1/3+. If I just called and missed the flop I still had a workable stack of 900+. Should I have pushed freflop after his rereraise because of the money already in the pot? How would you have played the hand? What hands do you put him on?
