Default Just a general question about playing small pp sb vs bb

BB is pretty solid and likes to defend his BB vs SB with his position from past history.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

MP ($109.70)
CO ($144.95)
Button ($97.05)
Hero ($106.80)
BB ($105.05)
UTG ($51.60)

Preflop: Hero is SB with , .
[color=#666666]4 folds</font>, Hero completes, [color=#CC3333]BB raises to $4</font>, Hero calls $3.

Flop: ($8) , , [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>

Final Pot: $8

Whats the optimal way to play these pre flop? Raise? limp call? Limp reraise?

What's my best line post flop?
