Mansion 150k: TP/NK Vs Big Blind

Mansion 150k. Level 2, 15/30 blinds. Not much action at the table so far, most stacks close to 2500 including the relevant ones here. Folded to me on the Button with A6s. Every previous time it has folded to my button I have raised. Twice I was uncontested, once the SB called and folded the flop, once the BB called and folded the flop. I have also been the most active at the table from other positions, but it has been a pretty quiet table and I haven't been too loose.

I open to 120 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. BB calls. Flop is A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] BB checks, I bet 200. BB raises to 800. Me?
