Dealing with a reraise preflop with TT (2nl)

Im unsure about dealing with a reraise before the flop. When its back to me I have to call another .22c so do you multiply the amount to call by 12 and then see if villian is deep enough should I hit my set? Villian was loose and I was worried about an overpair. I called to see what happens on the turn.
