Vegas for New Years- three last minute hotel choices

The one time I almost had to stay in a Vegas hotel NY Eve I picked The Orleans. I ended up closing on the Vegas house on Dec 31 so I got to spend NY Eve sleeping on an air-mattress on the floor of the empty house, instead, and saved a bundle by checking out Friday morning before what woulda been like a $1000 NYEve weekend stay.

TheOrleans rate calendar shows Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed priced at 50/100/140/160/250/50/35. Gotta love that 250:35 change over a two-day span.
