Villain is kapie123 who I read in one of the Stars Regular Threads was a "nit nit nit". Table is playing 5 handed. I usually fold this preflop but raised for some odd reason. I'm not necessarily justifying the raise preflop but here we are.
We each have around $300. I raise A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] up front to $7, kapie123 calls OTB, everyone else folds. Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] I lead $13, he calls Turn: J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I check, he bets $35, I call. (I didn't know whether to lead here, check raise or check/call. I'm not sure how much he floats. I heard he's unbelievably nitty. If I bet $35 and he raises it up to a potsized raise, which he's been doing with the goods at other tables I cannot see calling because I'm usually always drawing at the 9 flush outs. Check/fold is obviously not an option, check/raise is okay, but it folds out worse spade draws that are betting here and a lot of the time I don't think he's betting with like KQ as I saw him do some really nitty things earlier) River: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I check, he bets $107, I fold. Thoughts? especially on turn... |
