Default NL $200 - KK in a RR pot semideep against TAG

Villain in the hand is a multitabling TAG, running 19.3/15.6/3.4 over about 1000 hands. Seems to play pretty straightforward. Earlier he slowplayed flopped top set with JJ in a 3-bet pot, check-calling the flop and checking the turn. He also 3-bet, c-bet on the flop and c-folded the turn once before, and called a 3-bet in position and folded to my c-bet on a different table on a dry board (where he shouldn't have folded any PP, so he either called the 3-bet with AK or worse). On to the hand in question:

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($320.70)
Hero ($365.25)
SB ($142.05)
BB ($76.65)
UTG ($260.30)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $7</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $27</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP calls $20.

Flop: ($57) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $100</font>, Hero...

I'll give my action and reasoning in a bit.
