Quick question about bank wire cashout on stars.

Stars has a cashout via bank wire option and I emailed them and they said it's free, that's great, but I also heard that your actual bank will charge you for bank wires. Anyone know if this is true? I haven't received bank wires before. I have a chase account, fyi. And has anyone used it before, support told me bank wire is ALOT faster than checks? thanks. sorry if this has been posted before, I couldn't find anything.
