Help Please
For the past 4 years, I've been horribly out of shape. All the smoking and drinking w/o any athletic activity started to make me feel like crap and I missed how I felt better about myself when I was younger and in shape. A couple months ago, I quit smoking for the most part and started running everyday and doing a little push up work out every other day. I'm beginning to feel better and think I am ready to start lifting again.
Problem is I know absolutely nothing about weights. I lifted w/ the team in high school and just copied my roommate's routine in college. I have no idea what I am doing at all and don't remember the routines at all. Can someone point me where to learn some of this stuff or answer some questions for me. It would be greatly appreciated.
