Hilfe bei Neteller Account Aktivierung

Hi, hab vor ein paar Tagen 50 € auf meinen Neteller ACcount überwiesen. nun wurde das konto gesperrt und es heißt beim einloggen:

nagut, schnapp ich mir das telefon, tippe die nummer ein und eine Stimme spricht ich solle meine 12 stellige netellerkontonummer eingeben,die mit 45...beginnt.
hab ich gemacht. Doch danach erzählt mir die stimme noch etwas von irgendeiner Aktion und das Gespräch ist beendet und mein Netelleraccount ist immer noch gesperrt.

kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
