FTP 1k: TOP TOP hand that I probably screwed up
This is probably pretty basic, but I probably found a way to botch it. Villain seems very spewy and bluff-happy. Earlier he had called my 3-bet pf, floated my flop c-bet, then instacrammed the turn when it made the board something like 7886 and I check-folded. He had also made a large overbet shove on the flop with 2nd pair against someone and sucked out against tptk.
The plan on the turn is obviously to get him to shove and snap him off, but when that falls through, what to do on the river? Check-call? Bet? How much? Also, should I just bet a little more on the flop so I can just jam the turn and hope he calls with whatever worse 1 pair hand he has? He seemed more like the bluffy type than the cally type, but oftentimes they can be both.
