Default $10 MTT - how far do I go w/ JJ here?

This is a 10 minute blind tourney. Villain is 33/5 over 40 hands, won a big pot w/ a set earlier and has won a few small pots with flop bets. I feel like I didn't raise enough PF, should have gone to 600 or perhaps 700-800 since I'm going to be out of position here(comments on that appreciated though).

Thoughts on the flop bet, and, do I want to take another stab here on the turn, or should I be done at this point?
