Default I need advice

I've been working this new job for the past two months at my local newspaper. There's this girl who is everything I could possibly want. She's hot, amazingly easy to talk to (considering most hot girls are stuck up), and she's very accomodating. She's told me that she wants me too, but she has a boyfriend with whom she lives. It's obvious to me by how she talks that this boyfriend doesn't appreciate her and that she is unhappy in the relationship. I don't want to tell her to break up with him because that isn't right. She has to figure that out on her own. What sucks is that I know she would be happier with me, she knows she would be happier with me, but she is in a situation where, financially, she is trapped. I don't have the money to provide what he does so I guess my question is this: What can I do to convince her that I am worth the downgrade in financial stability?
