FR or SH 25nl ?

profitable player for both? tryin to get a roll to move up to 50nl. I get 27% rake back. is it better to play 10-tbl FR supernitty with a smaller winrate just for the rake benifits of more tables? instead of less tables SH, higher winrate?

anyone of u math guys have exp with calculating which would be more profitable based on expected bb/hr ate the limits?
