I would be very very surprised if this were 33 or 22 bc they would almost alllllllways raise before this spot, dry flop so they c/c okay, then the turn brings some running draws and they just check call MEH
and then they have the balls to check again on the river???

i think 45 can be in his range, he may play TT this way since he is more likely to have the deck crushed, but i doubt this is T9 or 99 that often even because i think they raise the turn too
