Default NL2 - 99 UGT. Too strong on flopped set?

SB is 77/21/4.7 and had over $7.00 at one point and is donking off his chips left, right, and center.
MP is 60/10.5/0.50 and is pretty much a station

I am running at 16/12/10 for this session and not many of my c-bets have been called. I'm wondering if my flop line was too strong against these two villains. My typical line for when I hit a set and see two of the same suit on the flop, is to pot the flop (or close to it).

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.02 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($2.56)
BB ($.33)
Hero ($2.45)</font>
MP ($.85)
Button ($.69)</font>

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises $0.08, MP calls $0.08, 1 fold, SB calls $0.08, color:#666666]1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($0.27) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $0.02</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.20</font>, MP folds, SB folds.

Too strong here? I was thinking of only raising to $0.08 but that would give anyone drawing to a flush the proper odds to call. I thought $0.20 would be perfect (about 2/3 of the pot).

As always, I am grateful for all your comments/criticism.
