2nd set on co-ordinated board - My best line deepstacked???

Instead of looking at your owns cards and the board, how about for one moment consider the flop actions from both a positional and bet size point of view of the villain.

With middle set I would almost always be getting in at these limits, but on this occasion the villain will roll top set and we will have one out.

So to everyone who says "we crush 99% of his range" please tell me what hand he would possible play in this manner.
