transfer audio cassetes onto my PC?

Is it possible to transfer the music on my audio cassettes onto my PC?

Like how i can rip CDs

I have a lot of old cassettes of dubious quality and was hoping it would be possible to get them on the PC and somehow clean all the noise off. Is there any software for this?
