Default Flopping a set of jacks in microNL

Less than 100 hands in NL and am trying to get my head around bet sizing, please give your feed-back.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP3 ($4.73)
CO ($2.99)

SB ($3.75)
<font color="#C00000">BB ($1.96)</font>
UTG ($2.41)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($1.17)</font>
MP1 ($4.84)
MP2 ($6.71)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $0.04</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.1</font>, <font color="#666666">6 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $0.16</font>, UTG calls $0.12, Hero calls $0.06.

I was planning on raising 4xBB+1/limper but because UTG raised by 1xBB, I reraised by 2.5xBB but would the standard be 3x ?

Flop: ($0.49) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.06</font>, UTG calls $0.06, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.44</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $1.8</font>, UTG folds, Hero calls $0.57 (All-In).

I raised to roughly 3/4x pot with a top set. Should this be more? all-in?

Turn: ($2.57) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

River: ($2.57) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $2.57
