Default 25NL: Getting value from 2Pair on FD board

The table's been pretty loose/passive so far. I've been playing TAG.

UTG+1 is 38/13/.5 over 40 hands
SB is 64/4/2 over 60 hands

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($24.30)
Hero ($29.65)
SB ($28.60)
BB ($12.95)
UTG ($35.90)
UTG+1 ($24.50)
MP1 ($49.35)
MP2 ($5.35)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, SB calls $1.15, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $1.

I used to just limp in situations like this but I made a point to stay away from calling pf unless I had a damn good reason.
Flop: ($4) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1.5</font>, UTG+1 calls $1.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero?

So SB donks the flop and UTG+1 calls...what's the best line here? I'm definitely raising here, but is it better to raise the pot or should I shove? I think a pot raise looks more like I'm holding something really good and want to chase out the draws, whereas I could be repping a flush draw with the shove and might get looked up by a worse 2 pair or even top pair. Thoughts? I'll go into what I did, but I'd like the opinions of you fine people.
