Keep money on table with table change?

Player coming from a broken game or a must move game has to bring their entire stack. Player on a "table change" list must come in with the appropriate buy in for that game as the chips only belong to the table they were at, not all the tables in play.

As mentioned in the other threads the player from the broken game usually has more options.
