I'm used to playing online and have questions about playing live.

1. If you fall below the max buy in how do you reload?

2. Should you announce when you're going to leave the table or can you just leave before the blinds hit you?

3. How does showing cards at showdown work? I've been told if the river is bet its good etiquette for whoever bets it to show first; I thought this was weird. I just thought whoever is first to act (left of the button) to show and if whoever is left in the pot cant beat it they can just muck
