Default c/f KK on A high flop vs 50% vpip guy oop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($160.10)
SB ($104.10)
BB ($106.20)
UTG ($61.40)
MP ($116.25)
Hero ($116.85)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, Button calls $4, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($12.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $8</font>, BB folds, Hero folds.

Btn 47/15/2.5/15, seen a lot of 1/2 ps bets with his weaker holdings.
BB 18/15/2.3/23 reasonable.

Call flop and fold to further action, or even c-bet?
Most of his stack &gt;100b is from me, cause i had to c/f so many crappy flops.
