Default NL50 - bet sizing?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $61.70
BB: $45.80
UTG: $57.15
CO: $49.25
dirtylobster (BTN): $52.25

Preflop: dirtylobster is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $2.00</font>, CO folds, <font color="red">dirtylobster raises to $6.75</font>, 2 folds, UTG calls $4.75

Flop: ($14.25) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $4.00</font>, <font color="red">dirtylobster raises to $13.25</font>

Is it bad to make such a small raise on the flop? There are no apparent draws and I'll be getting it in on the turn anyways. Villain is 34/14/5 over 150 hands. Should I make it bigger in case a scare card hits on the turn?
