Ocean City, MD, or Frederick, MD?

Hi, going on a golf vacation next week, can't decide between Ocean City, MD and Frederick, MD areas.

I'm taking my father on this trip, looking for some good golf, other diversions not necessary. Reasonable prices, good conditions. I'm a 3 hdcp and appreciate a challenge, but my dad's about a 20 and doesn't have quite the stamina.

Looking at all the websites, it looks like a tossup. We would probably spend 5 days and play 4 or 5 rounds. We can't go much further from NYC than that but are open to suggestions.
