Default Re: call no call?

If I was the floor, I would rule that Player C can take his call back.

If he still wanted to be in the hand, I would rule that he cannot raise (if he still has chips behind). Finally, I would give him a warning about acting out of turn and give him a time penalty the next time he did it.

And for you angleshooting conspiracy theorists, Player B is getting some good advantages here as well. He should not have called before having a ruling made by the floor. Then he can know that if he now calls, he cannot be raised. He also knows that if he folds, Player C's call stands.
