The reason the raise amount is important is because you both have similar stacks... and the whole comparison with Gordon vs. Stox vs. whoever may depend upon the opponent, reads, stack sizes and many other considerations that go into this.

In general if you have similar 100BB stacks you don't want to be stacked with just TPTK. But those guys that buy-in with 15BB I'll happily get them all-in with TPTK.

Basically I treat the TPTK hand the same as I do when I whiff the flop... I c-bet about the same amount and check the turn. If I have position I'm hoping they bluff the river, but I'm not calling huge bets.
