Pokertracker Registration

Pretty brand new to the forums. Quick question.

I have had pokertracker for almost two years now and recently had to reformat my computer. Lost ALOT of Db info, wish I had backed everything up [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I printed my registration information for PT but not able to find where I filed it. What are my odds of not having to purchase it again? Do you think PT support will be able to look up my transaction from two years ago?
