A hand from LAG-land

This is a hand from a swedish forum, where most players are LAG:s. Everyone thought Hero played great and the only discussion was about if hero should raise river or not. What do you think?

It's capped preflop and postflop and when to board finally shows T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and I crack villains K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] the whole table is doing a "Phil Helmuth" and tilts over and gets even tighter!

A couple of hands later the following happens:

UTG folds. I found 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the button and raise, SB 3-bets, BB folds and I cap.

The flop is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and SB bets, I raise hand villain calls.

Turn 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] He checks I bet and he calls.

River 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB bets and I?"


Everyone at the LAG-forum thought that the preflop cap was a brilliant move to buy "foldequity" and that villains range is very wide bc he just tries to get BB out. What do you think when you see a hand like this.
