Default PL200 - AKo BB, 4bet, coldcall, or fold?

CO is a TAGish villain, 12/10/2. Haven't really ever seen him get out line, however, his CO opening standards are realtivly light, however, once played back at he plays very straightforward. Minraising Button is 15/7/1. I haven't seen him showdown a hand yet and I don't remember playing with him in the past, however, I have a significant sum of hands on him. And finally, the coldcalling SB is a 24/9/4, and is a pretty awful player from what I have seen.

Sorry, if this hand is trival or an easy decision, I just wanted to get some peoples thoughts on the best play here. Thanks.
