Default NL25$ : is a flop fold ok here ?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

<u>SB: $1.35</u>
BB: $14.15
<u>Hero (UTG): $24.65</u>
UTG+1: $49.90
MP1: $16.80
<u>MP2: $25.10</u>
MP3: $14.90
CO: $14.40
BTN: $5.65

Preflop: Hero is dealt (9 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls $1.25, MP2 calls $1.25, MP3 folds, CO calls $1.25, BTN folds, <font color="red">SB raises all-in to $1.35</font>, BB calls $1.10, Hero calls $0.10, MP1 calls $0.10, MP2 calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10

Flop: ($8.10) (6 Players - 1 All-In)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $4.75</font>, MP1 folds, <font color="red">MP2 raises to $10.00</font>, 2 folds <font color="blue">Hero ?</font>

I hate this type of situation, raise 5bb UTG and get called by 5 players...

No special read about the vilain (he is 50/6/1 other 20 hands).

Is a fold ok (or too weak) ?
Is a reraise all-in OK ?
