Preflop Raise % question on Pokertracker

What determines this? I tried searching for this and cannot find it. I'm certain this includes reraises (3 bets/4bets) as well right? Or is this only determined by a standard "raise"?


I was also looking in position stats and saw "first in raise" but these % are kinda low and I am assuming it's because it only includes raises without limpers in...
