Default Bad live play. $125 MTT

The Reno Hilton (now Grand Sierra) runs a "Pot of Gold" series a couple times a year. I always get mildly excited for it, then I show up and am usually dismayed by the juice, structure and quality of the play. Today was $125 + $25, 2000 chips, 25-50 50-100 100-200 150-300/25 etc. 30 min levels.

Blinds are 50-100. Hero is in MP wth AJo and open-raises to 325. Folded to SB who calls. BB folds. Stacks about equal at around 2000.

Flop: A-Q-4 rainbow.

SB checks.
Hero bets 400, SB calls.

Turn: T completing rainbow

SB checks, Hero checks (?)

River: 9

SB checks.

Hero ???

I had to ask myself what hands I could beat. I couldn't come up with many.
