Default AKS in the BB facing a 3-bet

Two part question –

I am running 24-18 for this session (200 hands) and 26-21 overall.
The original raiser was 21-17 (500 hands)
The 3-better was playing 28-22 (500 hands)

There has been some 3-betting, not a lot of history other than that. I had 3-bet the CO earlier and folded to a 4-bet. The SB was at the table at the time, but don’t know that he noticed. There are both Absolute regs.

Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $101
UTG+1: $429.55
CO: $326.25
Button: $333.07
SB: $323.35
Hero: $242.45

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, <font color="#cc0000">CO raises to $10</font>, Button folds, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $30</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero ???
