[ QUOTE ] Most importantly, even if you can't take an hour, you can always find five minutes here or there. [/ QUOTE ] Agreed. If you do 3 sets of an exercise with hour of rest in between sets, it can still help you gain lbs. You can do a variety of stuff of in your room: Bodyweight exercises Improvise with furniture Buy a barbell or someting and use it there Be careful of overtraining. Instead of overtraining, if you have a "spare hour" better to buy/prepare/consume food if you want to gain lbs. |
