Default Folding aces

What do you think about this. Villain is a decent not too agressive player.

Everest Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00/$4.00 (HH Converter by Kreatief)

CO (531.38) (Hero)
Button (540.90)
SB (395.78)
BB (395.10)
MP3 (119.80)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP3 calls $4.00, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $18.00</font>, Button calls $18.00, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP3 calls $14.00,

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ( $60 )
MP3 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40.00</font>, Button calls $40.00, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>,

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ( $140 )
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $85.00</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $210.00</font>, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>,

I rarely fold here but I had a bad feeling in my stomach about the hand. He is showing a lot of strength, the bet was screaming set to me. When I see the hand again I wouldn't have folded it though. He does not need to raise here in order to get all-in if he has a really strong hand. If he merely calls the pot will be $310, and he can maybe get one more bet out of me on the river, before a push. He can also afford to give a free card if he has a set, even if he has the less likely but possible KQ.

What do you think?
