That's all the info I had on him. I assumed he wasn't very good since the previous hand he shoved 35bb's in the CO after an EP limper.

I think calling pre and floating most flops might be the best play.

You can obviously raise/call. He's not 4x/folding 99-TT and he is 4xing those hands, as well as AK/AQ and probably somewhat wider. So raise/call is just fine.

OTOH, as you say, guy is bad and he's asking you not to call. By calling, you're gonna spook him and he will make bigger and more easy to interpret mistakes.
