Default bottom full house... shove river?

Don't have any reads on villain, but he seems extremely nitty. His stats over 60 hands or so are 12/4/3. His turn raise threw me off and really looked like a huge hand, either KK/QQ/KQ that decided to get cute and slowplay the flop. I didn't want to raise the turn in the off chance he was bluffing so I thought I'd minimize my losses if behind and give him another chance to fire a barrel if bluffing. Is there value in shoving the river or should I just call down?
