400NL 78s on button turn decision

I'm kind of in between moving up from 1 2 to 2 4 and wasn't quite sure how to play this turn, or mabye the whole hand. The UTG limper I've played with a bit before at 3 6 one time and I have about 250 hands with him running 26/10 so he limps quite a bit from what I've seen. The other villian is his first hand and my first hand playing with him, he posts in the cutoff and raises to 20, I decided to call with 78s and the button.

I hit second pair on the flop and wasn't giving the poster to much credit so I decided to float him here even though it was a pretty big bet. It got interesting on the turn after the utg villian called the flop bet also and they both check to me. Now I've picked up a flush draw and wasn't sure if I should check behind here or fire out a bet. If I do bet how much do you think is good? I definetly would've bet vs the poster but was worried utg may have been slowplaying a flopped set. So who likes a bet here and who likes to check behind and try to improve on the river. Vs Co I was pretty sure a 7 8 or spade would've been good, vs utg I was a little unsure. edit to include I was running about 23/18
