I placed third in a tornament!!!

Let me make this short and sweet. I played in a 128 person (with rebuys and add-ons) Ughh. First of all those huckleberrys were not listed as getting a second chance. Anyways, I finished third, my first real cash in a tourney. But anyways this one clown kept rebuying over and over again but I was bound and determined not to rebuy. Anyways I outlasted that Italian jackal. I have a two part question with 37 subsections. 1=what do you think about rebuying in a tournament. 2=can you reccomend a book that would be good for a guy who likes to play 100 opponents or less in a tourney, which I am focusing on now? If I have confused you you are probably not a Taurus.
