Default 400 getting the timing right for the second barrel

Hand1. villian is unknown my image is semilag. My reasoing was that too often he has a set or weird twopair here. Just push the turn and represent the overpair ?

Hand 2. I think the river bet is def +ev since a K suits perfectly my range. The question is should i fire the turn again against an unknown since he most likeley holds a midpair ? My reasoning was that my hand is too good to get raised out of the pot on the turn
